The new coffee canister from Coffee Gator
During the 21 days the product was available it was rated #1 new release in Kitchen Storage Accessories on the entire Amazon site. Now coffee lovers have a chance to get their hands on the new canister in time for Christmas.
The new canister keeps coffee beans or ground fresher for longer by keeping it safe from the flavor destroying effects of air, moisture and light. The company founder and CEO William Evans claims the canister's allows harmful Co2 gases to escape the container whilst preserving flavor.

The company claims the canister's one-way valve is vital to protecting the coffee against flavor-attacking elements. According to the company's website carbon dioxide is released from coffee after roasting, it it's not released the gas is harmful to flavor quality. The canister's one-way valve allows carbon dioxide to escape while still preventing moisture, light and air to enter. The company says that users of the new container will notice an improvement in their coffee flavor within one week.
Besides the unique valve system the new stainless steel container also allows users to track the date and freshness of their coffee using the date-tracking system on the lid of the canister. One of the most important factors to making great coffee at home is to buy beans or ground in small amounts and keeping an eye on the age of it coffee. The date-wheel system on the Coffee Gator Canister allows tracking of both the month and the date of the coffee inside.
