Zen Strength Announces Plans To Commission New Exercise Leaflet

(LosAngeles.CityRegions.Com, June 15, 2016 ) Los Angeles, California -- Wellness company Zen Strength today announced plans to commission a new exercise leaflet for its flagship finger exerciser FingerMagic.

Customers already receive an 7 page training guide when their order is shipped which has warm-up suggestions as well as detailed training instructions for exercises using the hand strengthener. This will now be accompanied with a quick-start one page leaflet designed to give people an introduction at a glance to all the different types of exercises they can do.

The leaflet will show eight of the total 12 different grip exercises that are possible with the exerciser. Each exercise can be undertaken using the adjustable tension levels starting at extra light (3lb) per finger through to heavy (8.5lb).

Exercises include the basic crush grip, which is the grip involved when fingers and the palm of the hand work together to hold or ‘crush' an object. This is the grip used in holding the handle of a kettle. It also includes the basic pinch grip, which is the grip used when fingers and thumb work together, pushing against each other as when holding a plate.

It will also highlight grips with flat fingertips, hooked fingertips which are used in more specialist activities such as rock-climbing; as well as other advanced exercises including doubling up the resistance for a maximum of 17lb resistance per finger.

It will be designed to give an immediate overview of the many different ways you can use the five-piston exerciser to improve grip as well as highlighting the range of different movements that comprise grip and grip strength. It will be as useful for customers wanting a finger exerciser for acoustic guitar or other instrument, as for athletes, sports-performers and those looking to regain hand wellness.

Paula Jenkins, CEO for Zen Strength said:

"We're delighted to be announcing that we're creating a new leaflet for our customers. We already get great feedback on our existing leaflet but we are always looking at what more we can do."

"Our customers are a diverse group, some are musicians wanting extra strength and dexterity and some are athletes who want the edge in their sport through enhanced grip control. Some are recovering from injury or medical condition and want to get back to their original hand strength."

"We want to support all our customers achieving their goals and believe that the better and simpler we can make our information, the easier and more inspiring it will be to takes the steps and do the training to meet these goals."

The leaflet will be commissioned within the coming weeks to be ready in July 2016.
