Zen Strength Promotes The Arthritis FoundationÂ’s Better Living Toolkit

The Arthritis Foundation, the US's leading non-profit has recently launched a new ‘Better Living Toolkit' designed to help people with arthritis understand the condition better and set goals to assist their recovery.

Over 52 million US adults have doctor-diagnosed arthritis which equates to around one in every five adults of any age. In spite of the popular conception that arthritis mainly affects the elderly, two-thirds of all adults affected are under the age of 65. Babies and children can also be affected too, with almost 300,000 - or one in 250 - in the US having arthritis or a rheumatic condition.
